John Michael Moore is the president of JM2, a Democratic communications firm he founded after a successful career in public affairs and political communications. He puts his years of electing Democrats and fighting for progressive values to work for his clients.
John Michael’s career has taken him across the country – from the rural mountains of Appalachia to the bustling epicenter of government, Washington, D.C. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University. Upon graduation, he went to work for President Obama’s 2008 campaign in North Carolina. From there, he worked on Democratic campaigns across the nation.
John Michael founded JM2 in one of America’s fastest-growing cities, Columbus, Ohio. In 2023, he and his team were proud to launch their second location in Charleston, South Carolina. Their work is seen across eighteen states in races from the U.S. Senate to local municipal office. JM2 is a six-time winner of national awards from Campaigns & Elections.
When not consulting on Democratic campaigns, John Michael can be found on the golf course or on the water—hopefully not both.
Toni Webb is a partner at JM2 who designs and manages authentic, values-based campaigns that connect with voters through personal stories and data-driven tactics.
Toni is a Millikin University and Saint Louis University School of Law graduate. After graduating from law school in 2008, she was an organizer for President Obama’s 2008 campaign in Missouri. She has since worked on dozens of advocacy and electoral campaigns across the country for progressive organizations and candidates, including the American Federation for State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), For Our Future, President Biden, and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
Toni joined JM2 as a partner in 2020. She leads JM2’s non-profit, independent expenditure, and ballot measure portfolio. She is also the Board President of LEAD Ohio, Ohio’s progressive candidate recruitment, training, and support pipeline because she is deeply committed to developing and supporting new, diverse political candidates and practitioners.
Mike Frosolone is a principal at JM2, bringing over 15 years of experience on the frontlines of some of the hardest-fought campaigns and causes, from state and local races to presidential campaigns.
Before joining JM2, Mike spent most of his career fighting to flip state house seats. As Iowa House Caucus Director, Mike built and managed a program that flipped the most seats from red to blue in over twenty years. He also served as a regional political director at the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. He worked with targeted caucus programs to flip and retain control of key chambers, including Michigan, where Democrats won their first trifecta in over forty years.
Mike has also led presidential campaigns in highly targeted states. During the 2024 cycle, he served as Michigan Campaign Manager for the Harriz-Walz campaign, and during the 2020 democratic primary, Mike led the Iowa caucus campaign for Senator Cory Booker.
Mike lives in southwest Michigan with his wife, Julianne, and two children.
